Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once your order is confirmed, it is prepared and handed over to our delivery partners for shipment.
Delivery Time
- Within Pakistan (Local Areas): 2–5 business days
- Remote Areas: 4–7 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service availability.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across supported regions.
- Full payment is collected at the time of delivery.
- In some cases, order confirmation may be required via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across major cities and regions in Pakistan. Expansion to UAE and other international markets is planned in the future.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated based on location and weight and will be shown at checkout.
- Free shipping may be available during promotional campaigns.
Order Changes & Cancellation
- Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact our support team. We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
